·         Yard of the home stay is in tidy condition (construction materials are put away, utensils are collected in one place, lack of rubbish)

·         There are beds in the home stay, in case you don’t prefer to sleep on the floor mats;

·         The home stay hosts can offer you  bed-cloth set: mattress, two pillows, coverlet, bed-sheets, blanket-cover and pillow-case as well towels;

·         There is a bin in the guest room;

Sanitation objects

·         There are one shower-room, wash-stand and lavatory at you yard;

·         During construction of sanitary objects the sewer system was built in the manner that distance between sewer pit and drinking/irrigation  water supply source is more than 20 meter;

·         There are mirror, wooden floor grate, other objects in the shower-room

·         There is dining room in the home stay (not room for tourist) where breakfast, dinners and suppers are set;
